These Terms of Service govern your use of FlipLedger. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
FlipLedger provides profit tracking, fee calculation, and tax reporting tools for online resellers. The service is provided “as is” for informational purposes and does not constitute financial or tax advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Each account is for a single individual — account sharing is not permitted.

FlipLedger offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be purchased on either a monthly or annual plan. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year and typically offered at a discount relative to the monthly price.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops any future renewals, and you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds. FlipLedger operates a no-refund policy. Fees paid for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. This is because FlipLedger is a digital service that is made available immediately on payment.
UK statutory cancellation right.If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) right for digital services. By subscribing and beginning to use the paid features, you expressly request that the service be supplied immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once you do so. If you subscribe but do not access any paid feature within 14 days, you may request a full refund by emailing support@flipledger.app.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including your right to a refund if the service is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change subscription prices; any changes will take effect at your next renewal and we will notify you by email in advance.
When you connect a marketplace account (e.g. eBay), you authorise FlipLedger to access your order and sales data via that platform's API. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access. FlipLedger is not affiliated with any marketplace platform.

FlipLedger is not a licensed tax adviser. Tax reports are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Always consult a qualified accountant before filing. FlipLedger shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in calculations or any losses arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data.
We may update these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
